SLS Lux Brickell is a luxury condo development located in Brickell at 801 South Miami Avenue. Built in 2018, SLS Lux Brickell rises 57 stories and includes 450 condo residences plus 84 luxury condo-hotel suites. The condo residences at SLS Lux Brickell are comprised of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 956 to 1,753 interior square feet plus balcony; the condo-hotel suites at SLS Lux Brickell are comprised of studios and 2 bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 485 to 1,080 interior square feet plus balcony; and the penthouse residences at SLS Lux Brickell are comprised of three- and four-bedroom options ranging in size from 1,888 to 4,247 interior square feet plus terrace (see SLS Lux floor plans). The building includes three upper penthouses, two of which include a private rooftop pool. SLS Lux Brickell was developed by Related Group and designed by Arquitectonica while the lobby and common area spaces were designed by Yabu Pushelberg. SLS Lux Brickell is decorated with the creations of world-renowned artists Fernando Botero, Fabian Burgos, and Ana Isabel Martinez.
